At Saana, it is vital that everyone who works for us maintains the highest standards of conduct, integrity and ethics, and complies with local legislation. If an employee, partner, consultant or contractor or any third party has any genuine concerns about malpractice at Saana, we wish to encourage them to communicate these.
If any staff, associate or third-party has any genuine concerns about malpractice (for example, fraud, bribery, corruption, abuse, exploitation or harassment) in the first instance they may wish to report these in writing to Saana using the dedicated firstname.lastname@example.org email address.
Concerns regarding malpractice for any DFID-funded activities can also be reported to DFID though the email@example.com email address or +44 (0)1355 843747, and where necessary, to the Appropriate Authorities.

Saana believes that everyone we come into contact with, regardless of age, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation or ethnic origin has the right to be protected from all forms of harm, abuse, neglect and exploitation. Saana will not tolerate abuse and exploitation by staff or associated personnel.
This policy will address the following areas of safeguarding: child safeguarding, adult safeguarding, and protection from harassment, exploitation and abuse. These key areas of safeguarding may have different policies and procedures associated with them.
